What are your hours of operation?
Our storefront locations are open 7 days a week from 9am until 11pm.
Delivery Hours
Our delivery hours are 12pm – 9PM Same Day Delivery is guaranteed if the order is placed and accepted within 30 minutes of dispatch time. Orders for delivery should arrive within the hour of being picked up, however further areas may take longer to arrive. The driver will call you when they are on the way to you, often from a blocked number so be sure to be expecting a call. We check ID upon delivery and verify order and payment method. Additional information can be gained from our website, iamcafe.com or they may reach out to a Customer Service Rep.
What are the delivery fees?
$10 flat fee to orders anywhere in Toronto and selected areas of GTA. Check out our delivery zones to find out more.
What are the shipping fees?
Next Day Shipping (Mail Order) Fee for Ontario is $15. Any mail order outside of Ontario but within Canada is $20

What products do you carry in-store?
CAFE only carries products sourced from the most top quality brands. We offer a variety of products such as dry flowers, edibles, tinctures, concentrates, CBD products, topicals and much more! If you would like to check the product inventory of a store location you can head to leafythings.com. All of our store menus are updated daily on our online store.
Do you have any promotions?
Yes. We have many promotions! Every 6 grams purchased, you get a free gram. On your birthday, come by and show your ID to one of our budtenders and we will gift you a house roll on us! When you collect and bring back 10 Child Safety Bags, you are eligible for a house roll or a $10 gram. Signup to our e-mail newsletter to get the latest updates and upcoming special events!
What do I need to become a member of CAFE? (What do I need to shop in store at CAFE?)
All you need to provide is a valid piece of Government issued photo ID such as Driver’s License, Photo Health Card, or Passport.
What is a Child Safety Bag and why do I need it?
A child safety bag is a requirement of our social responsibility. The Child Safety Bag serves a dual purpose for our patrons to help protect them from an unwarranted search under Bill 174 where it states, 12 (1) No person shall drive or have the care or control of a vehicle or boat, whether or not it is in motion, while any cannabis is contained in the vehicle or boat, EXCEPT (a) that is packed in baggage that is fastened closed or is not otherwise readily available to any person in the vehicle or boat, and secondly it provides a Child Safety lock as a harm reduction mechanism to prevent unwanted access in your home. Proceeds from the Child Safety Bags go into Community Events like local like garbage clean ups, community festivals, easter egg hunts, kids fun day, donations, pumpkin carving contests, Christmas and Thanksgiving drives. We hope to continue to provide to you an exclusive, uplifting, pro-social environment with harm reduction initiatives that can help make the roll-out of the Cannabis Act a total success for all of us!
How long is my pickup order available for?
In store Pick Up orders are held only until end of day. All orders that have not been picked up will be returned at the end of the night.
How is my order packaged?
Mail Orders: are packaged in our child safety bag and then carefully vacuum-sealed. It is then placed in a discreet envelope to protect and maintain your privacy. Delivery: Same day deliveries are packaged in our child safety packaging and locked before being secured in an envelope with delivery details for our courier.
How do I place an order for delivery?
To place an order for delivery, navigate to iamcafe.com/shop-cafe and select a store. You will be asked your address for delivery in this format Street Name Apartment/Unit Number Postal Code Once your address is confirmed you will be directed to the store that is closest to you and available for delivery. Your delivery address will be used to calculate your fee, based on the map of the location you are close to. To view the full delivery map, click here.
How do I place an order for curbside pickup?
To place an order for delivery, navigate to shop.iamcafe.com and select the location you would like to pick up from. Create an account, or login to start shopping. Once all your items are added to the cart, you may confirm the time you will be by to pick up the order and any special notes for our team. All pick up orders are guaranteed ready within 1 hour of being accepted by the location. When you arrive, have your order number and ID ready for our team to process your order faster. How do I make a return or exchange?
Please contact a customer service rep as soon as possible to speak about your issue. We will do our best to provide a solution for you. Read more about our Return and Exchange Policy
I have a problem with my order, what can I do?
As soon as you notice the issue please contact Online Orders Department directly. Be sure to note important details like your name, order number and a photo of your order if the case is missing product. The sooner we receive your issue and all details the quicker we are able to resolve.
I didn't get my delivery order, what do I do?
If you have placed an order for an expected dispatch time and have not received it, the driver may have tried calling you, but couldn’t get a hold of you. Your order will automatically be sent out on the next dispatch time and the driver will attempt to contact you again. If we cannot get a hold of you, your order will be cancelled and the product will be restocked after 24 hours of your first attempted dispatch. Please contact our Online Order Department with your order number for further assistance.
I've created an account, what's next?
Your account will go through a thorough one time verification process that ensures proper screening procedures. While you are waiting to be verified, you can browse the shop. Once your account is verified to be able to order, select the shop you wish to order from to become registered. Once you do you will be able to add items to your cart and proceed with your order.
