Summer in Toronto is officially underway, and what better way to celebrate than with coffee, music, sunshine, and community?
On Sat May 30, the CAFE team was thrilled to take part in The Coffee Party Festival at STACKT Market, one of Toronto’s most unique outdoor event spaces. What began as a grassroots concept has quickly evolved into a global movement focused around a simple but powerful idea: creating meaningful social experiences that don’t revolve around alcohol. The Coffee Party brings together coffee lovers, wellness enthusiasts, music fans, and community builders for a daytime celebration fueled by connection, creativity, and positive energy rather than late nights and hangovers. From morning workouts and yoga classes to live DJs and local vendors, the event offers a refreshing new take on what it means to party.
At CAFE, we believe wellness and community go hand in hand, so partnering with an event like The Coffee Party felt like a natural fit. We love seeing people come together to enjoy great music, great company, and great coffee in an environment that promotes balance, positivity, and genuine connection.
The day kicked off with a morning yoga session as hundreds of attendees gathered under clear blue skies at STACKT Market. Throughout the afternoon, DJs kept the energy high with a steady soundtrack of house music, creating an atmosphere that was equal parts festival, coffee break, and summer block party. Everywhere you looked, people were dancing, catching up with friends, meeting new faces, and soaking up the sunshine.
Meanwhile, the CAFE booth was buzzing from start to finish.
Our team served up fresh cups of Barocco coffee alongside a special event-exclusive Strawberry Matcha Iced Latte that quickly became the drink of the day. The response was incredible. We completely sold out of the Strawberry Matcha, and our lineup barely slowed down all afternoon. In fact, CAFE proudly held the longest coffee line at the festival, with hundreds of guests stopping by to grab a drink and say hello. The enthusiasm from attendees was amazing to see, and we couldn’t have asked for a better reception.
One of the best parts of events like these is seeing how coffee naturally brings people together. Whether someone was stopping in for their first coffee of the day, grabbing a refreshing matcha between dance sets, or simply taking a moment to chat with our team, the booth became a gathering place for connection and conversation throughout the event.
As the music played, local artist Duro the Third was onsite painting up a beautiful mural to match the theme of the day. As he worked, lots of people came by to watch him, chat for a few moments and pose for pictures alongside his mural.
As the official Coffee Party festivities wrapped up at 5 p.m., the energy didn’t disappear. The evening transitioned into a second event hosted by Soluna, one of Toronto’s premier destinations for house and Afro-house music. Headlining the evening was Australian DJ and producer LEVI, known for his piano-driven Afro-house sound, infectious energy, and captivating stage presence that has earned him a global following.
From sunrise yoga to sunset beats, the entire day captured exactly what makes Toronto’s summer event season so special. Great weather, great people, and a shared sense of community created an unforgettable atmosphere from beginning to end.
